This month I have finally started my Happiness Project. I have set a list of goals for myself and will blog about them once a week.
This first month I am focusing on Energy. My goals are:
- Wake up earlier
- Cardio 3 times a week
- Yoga 2 a week
I went to the library on Saturday and got two books to research these topics.They are about eating better and sleeping and meditation and running. I started the one of mediation today on my break at work and I felt like I could really understand it.
